Loved swimming in the spa pool, feeling relaxed after a sauna and working out in the gym. The food from all over the world at the restaurants was a treat!

Rats in the parking area were a delightful surprise.

When the power failed no emergency lighting only exit signs nothing in rooms or cooidors. Not very wise.

Yes, there should have been at least 2 keys provided for the hotel room in a room being shared by two people. It's very inconvenient when one guest leaves the room.

The staff at check-out was exceptionally polite and professional, a real improvement from previous visits. We appreciated the service and the friendly demeanor. The hotel was clean and comfortable, just as you would expect from a well-run establishment. The breakfast selection was impressive and really gave us a boost of energy after a long journey. Plus, it was great being close to the airport.

First of all I was searching a nice location near the airport and shoping area. I have found in this hotel more than that. It has an amazing spa and fitness facility. The rooms are spacious and clean. It also has a free parking which was great and practical. The breakfast was really generous with hot buffet every day. The restaurant was really good and well priced, Romanian specialities mostly. If you need to stay somewhere near the airport and shopping area I totally recomend this hotel.

Close to airport and a very good price that includes an excellent breakfast. Also with free internet.They also book your taxi to airport and you get a voucher it only costs 55Lei because it is easy to get ripped off.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is located in a quiet area, and its proximity to the international airport made it very convenient for us. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The internet connection was excellent, which was important for us. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us and answer any questions we had.

The location of the hotel made it a bit difficult to get to and it was far from the city center, but it was worth it for the peace and quiet. we would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I always go back to this hotel because the staff helped me find good places to shop. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, pool. Can't wait for the weekend!

Some staff members very nice, but most of them simply do not care at all. Be aware that the reception will simply not forward important messages to you, and will answer your business partners on the telephone that you are not staying in the hotel at all. This hotel gets extremly good reviews on Booked.net, which from my experience is simply unjustified, and this mainly because of its careless and impolite staff. Very untypical for a Romanian hotel. And sad, because rooms are comfortable and nice, though decorated as if the hotel mainly caters to professional girls from the attached nightclub. Maybe this is also the reason why you have to pay the whole stay immediatly when checking in.
